Yoga, breathwork and meditation with Jasmine Knight — for caregivers, mums, teachers, and everyone who spends their days looking after someone else. This hour is yours.
Who it's for
Everyone is welcome on the mat, whatever your age or ability. But this space was made especially for the people who naturally give more love than they receive.
Whether you care for a parent, a partner or a friend, you carry more than most people ever see. Set it down for an hour.
The mental load is real. Evening and weekend classes exist precisely so you can actually get to one.
You give your patience away all day. Here, nobody needs anything from you. Not even good behaviour.
If you're always the strong one, the listener, the fixer: this is where you get to be held for a change.
"You cannot pour from an empty cup."
Classes
Group community classes run in the evenings and at weekends. Come as you are; stiff, tired, brand new to yoga, all of it is fine.
Super slow, beautifully basic movements designed to shift stubborn emotions and long-held tension. No flexibility needed, nothing to keep up with — this is the class for when you've been running on empty and something has to give.

Breathwork videos
Short guided breathwork videos are on their way — practise along at home whenever the day gets heavy.
Underneath will sit a few honest lines from you — what breathwork has carried you through, and what it can do for the people watching. Send me the words and they'll go right here.
One to one
Private sessions built around your body, your history and what you need right now. Whether that's gentle movement around an injury, breathwork for stress, or simply an hour where someone else holds the plan.
Online or in the comfort of your own home — from £45, with discounts on bulk bookings and for locals. We'll talk first, so your session starts from where you actually are; get in touch for your personal quote.
Workplaces
Burnout doesn't clock off at five. I bring yoga, breathwork and meditation into workplaces — schools, offices and care teams — so the people who hold everything together get held for a while too.
Sessions are shaped around your day: a morning or afternoon workshop, three half-hour sessions across a two-hour booking, or two 45-minute sessions. Get in touch and we'll build the right fit.
A single calming hour for your team — breathwork and gentle movement, no mats or experience needed.
A weekly or fortnightly slot at your workplace — the habit that keeps a team steady, not just a one-off treat.
Longer sessions for INSET days, away-days and wellbeing weeks — built around what your people need.
Brown & Brown Insurance, Orpington — two workplace sessions delivered.
More kind words and workplace stories will gather here as they come in.
Retreats · with Wisdom & Wild
Retreats are something I do with my nan, Hazel — together we're Wisdom & Wild. We trained side by side, and our day retreats and weekends away blend movement, stillness, long walks, good lunches, and the occasional ice bucket for the brave.
New dates are being dreamt up now — the mailing list hears first.
"I have been to weekend retreats and day retreats with Hazel and Jasmine. Each retreat has had a different surprising experience added, and they know how to treat us and make us feel special."
— a returning retreat guest
"I started the day with a few aches and pains which left me as soon as we started hatha yoga. The walk was uplifting and the yin yoga settled my mind. Thank you Hazel & Jasmine for your research, organising and expertise."
— a day retreat guest
"Thank you all for your lovely company. It was a fun, relaxing, thought-provoking weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you to Hazel and Jasmine for organising and your dedication to yoga."
— Lucy, Margate weekend retreat
My story
It helped me navigate the physical and emotional demands of being a caregiver for my mum from a young age, always reminding me that you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Through six years of teaching, I've seen how mindful movement, meditation and breathwork can release tension, calm the nervous system and help manage pain, both physical and emotional, within a space that lets you reconnect with yourself.
When the weight of caring for others leaves you feeling exhausted, your yoga mat becomes your safe space. My mission is to create a community where caregivers and busy people can restore their energy, connect with like-minded people, and discover that caring for themselves isn't a luxury. It's a priority.

Kind words
Gathered from the classes and retreat days I share with my nan, Hazel — we trained together, and still run retreats side by side.
"Since starting my journey with Hazel and Jasmine's yoga practice, several things have changed for me. I am able to move more freely. I am more conscious in my mind and body, and I feel able to relax in a way I have not been able to for a long time. The regular practice has created a mindful, meaningful experience, and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend joining, it will change your life for the better."
— a regular student
"Doing yoga with the fabulous teachers Hazel and Jasmine is like a breath of fresh air. I can be me: focused on me, my body, mind and soul reconnecting, in a lovely environment with like-minded people, giving my body the care it needs. I come back feeling lighter and refreshed, with positive energy."
— a regular student
"Practicing yoga regularly with Hazel and Jasmine has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. When I first joined, I was simply looking for a way to stay active and manage stress, but I found so much more than that. My body feels stronger, more flexible and more balanced, and my mind feels calmer and more focused too. Yoga has taught me how to slow down, breathe deeply, and be present: lessons that extend far beyond the mat. Yoga has become not just a form of exercise for me, but a grounding practice that helps me approach life with greater ease and gratitude."
